About the role.

Certainly is looking for a full-time PPC/Paid Media Manager to join their rapidly growing team. The PPC/Paid Media Manager will create, implement, test, and optimize Pay Per Click advertising. The role also includes configuring and maintaining analytics and ads accounts, profiles, filters, budgets, and goals.


  • Performance marketing/paid media/pay-per-click: strategy and execution to deliver rapid growth of MQLs from various paid channels.
  • Analytics and Insights: keep MQLs and SQLs targets front and  center of the paid media and PPC strategy, gather relevant insights and suggest optimizations.
  • Content and SEO: must know how to write ad copy and SEO-optimized content, connecting the dots between paid and organic efforts, continually aligning with content and brand.
  • Cross-team: drive cross-team and cross-department collaboration with Brand, Social, Creative as paid media subject matter expert.
  • Report: produce weekly and monthly reports with data, recommendations, and campaigns performance.
  • Budgets: Closely monitor and adjust paid media budgets.

Skills and Expertise.

  • Minimum 3 years experience with building and running PPC campaigns.
  • Proven track record: ideally, you have doubled (or more) MQLs coming in through paid channels.
  • Essential experience with: Google Ads (Display, Search Network, Remarketing, etc.), LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads. A plus if you also have experience with: YouTube Ads, Bing Ads.
  • Experience working with multiple paid ads platforms and managing multiple accounts at once.
  • Great written communication skills, with experience writing effective ad copy.
  • Experience optimizing ads and running AB tests on different ad sets and landing pages.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Advanced Google Analytics skills and a strong analytical.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals, and objectives of each of your clients.
